"Very well-located between the main parts of the Quai des États Unis and the Promenade des Anglais. I would say the property was as described/pictured. The windows open on the central courtyard that gives lots of natural light (and keeps out the street noise on the other side from the Quai des EU). Lots of detailed information is provided on how to operate everything. There are also lots of reminders/rules posted about noise, towels, garbage, cleaning, etc. Sheets and towels provided were...

"This place, even is it is located pretty high up on a hill, it’s amazing. The view from lying in the pool is unbeatable. We had own electric kick bikes with us that took us down to the beach walk in 10-15min and also back up the hills. Taxi, electric vehicles such as bike, kick-bike or some kind of scooter is needed to get back and forward. Over 1h walk one way and the walk back ain’t funny. Would stay here again if I ever go back to Nice! Communication with host by text and usin google...
