Great House in a Great Location

Great time in Charleston!

House was clean, incredibly well stocked, and exactly like the photos online. Was perfect for our group, and so convenient to lots of restaurants and cute coffee shops. The huge comfy living room was such a bonus for our group. Would highly recommend!!

Great location and property

Our group consisted of 9 adults and Mauri’s duplex was a great location to call our home base for our stay. She was very responsive during our stay and the house was perfectly kept/cleaned. The interiors were even nicer than I expected from the photographs. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Spot with Plenty of Room

Amazing, two unit setup. Plenty of sleeping room and a nice roof deck. Location is great and makes it easy to walk anywhere downtown. Big common areas to hangout. Overall a great experience, thanks for having us!

Beautiful house, incredible location, fantastic host

I stayed here with a group of 13 women for a bachelorette party. The home was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully stocked with all toiletries you could need, clean, spacious and in a very convenient location to walk to great restaurants and bars on Upper King. We had an issue with AC on our first night and the host was very responsive and got it fixed first thing the next morning, as well as sending us a round of drinks at dinner for the inconvenience. 5 stars well deserved!

Fun trip even better host/property

Mauri was an excellent host with great communication. Her place was top notch and accommodated a large group of friends. We had everything we needed within walking distance and the house had everything we could’ve asked for and more. It was by far the nicest rental i’ve stayed in and my experience with Mauri was great. so would 10/10 stay here again and recommend this place to friends and family. Really pleased with the overall experience and hope that you’d host me again! Thanks. -Tommy

Great Place

Stayed in both units. Great location, great amenities, and quiet. One thing I would improve as owner is move the two A/C condensing units off the back bedroom roof and down to the backyard. Current location makes upper unit back bedroom noisy, we could not occupy as a result. This may not bother some people but it bothered us.

Spacious and lovely

My friends and I (7 of us total) came to Charleston for a 40th birthday girls' trip, and we had a wonderful time staying at this property! The location was nice, the inside was decorated and appointed very nicely, and it was rarely noisy. (We drove by some other properties we have looked at online and were thankful we didn't book the ones that were on busy roads!) We especially loved the garden in the back and the cozy living rooms. I didn't realize at first that we rented 2 separate apartments within the same house, and that there was no way to move between the apartments unless you went outside, but it worked out fine and we used the upstairs apartment living room as our central "hanging out" spot. Mauri was lovely to deal with! I would recommend!

Nice Place

Nice and clean. Loved the little baskets in bathrooms with extra things I might have left home without. Only thing, we thought the house was all one house not an A&B split house. But other than that it was very comfortable. Thanx for sharing it with all 10 of us. We had a lovely stay!!

Great stay in Charleston

My friends and I stayed here for our friend's wedding weekend. The space is large and cozy, and we were in a great location. We enjoyed D'Allesandro's Pizza next door a lot -- and they're open late!

Very Cute Place

This place was very charming. It’s 2 separate units with lots of space. It was very clean and close to walk to a lot of hot spots in Charleston. Amazing host, very responsive. Would absolutely recommend this place!
