"Great location. Very helpful & accommodating staff. Nice view from reception & bar on level 10. Nice gym & pool but the pool needs to have more shelter from the wind. Plenty of bars & restaurants at your door step.Rundle mall right below the hotel & convenient to the tram network. "

"I paid $89.00 dollars more than previous stays and we received less. Like Kitchen Utensils, are less and less. Something simple like milk Before was the little cartons from devondale, now a spit of millk in a tiny container, please respect the name of just very nice place to stay... "

"The rooms are not overly clean- lots of dust. The tv in the room is horrible. It would not respond to the remote easily - very delayed. Also you can’t connect your device to the tv like other hotels to stream. You have to pay for movies - old school and limited and faulty as wouldn’t always play the movie. Had to call reception to have Maintence come up. Even then it struggled to work. The Mayfair reception staff didn’t even know the in room iPad could book a taxi. As we booked one for advance and it hadn’t been actioned. The prices of the rooms is over priced in my view for the quality and amenities provided. The breakfast was average. Waffles were always out of stock at the buffet and not refilled. "

"Good value for money which is why I moved there. Fulfilled all expectations. The hotel looked as though it had been very recently refurbished. It is a little further away from the attractions in North Terrace."
