"Our room we checked into the HVAC would not come on. A tech was sent to the room, was unable to repair it, were moved to another room. Our sense was the staff was not very friendly or helpful. Overall the breakfast was probably the best part of the stay and we were told by the front desk it closed at 10 AM when we got there before that time the lights were off and were told by the staff they closed at 9 AM. "

"We've stayed here before. The price is so much more reasonable than anything right inside Boaton. Its a Beautiful hotel. Its clean and updated. The staff is kond and helpful. The buffet Breakfast is wonderful as well. This will always be our first choice "

" Very disappointed! We registered at the desk when we arrived but they told us that they didn’t have a key to the room. It took over 1/2 hour waiting in the hallway and asking several times until they got us our room! Breakfast is basic and the worst I’ve had in a while . Service is also poor. Parking is OK Room is comfortable but outdated. "

I operate invisible service hotels around the country and I am taking back to my team the little touches that made our stay so comfortable and feeling like a true extended family member rather than just a guest!The accommodations were absolutely stunning and a whimsical. It felt like a jewel box, walking from room to room and enjoying the intentionality behind the design. Stunning while endless comfort and space for connecting with our adult children and their significant others. I can’t say enough about Joana and the property! I hope we have another reason to come back to Boston so we can enjoy the home and hospitality again. Thank you!!"

"The people here were amazing. Every interaction was delightful from start to finish. That being said, the property could use some work. The elevator sounded sketchy, and the room could use updating and maintenance. Despite the disrepair, the staff was so wonderful I would come back regardless. Thank you to the front desk staff, the housekeeping staff, and the breakfast/kitchen staff. "
