I work in healthcare and because I have a relative with Leukemia I didn’t want to jeopardize her health and at the same time with all the kids home from school in our family house it’s very distracting trying to work from home and most days I was working from home so I was looking for a piece of mind, relaxation and good work space. I found it in my room until I seen a mouse and I am petrified of these little rodents. I call the front desk and express my concerns about he apologized and offered to move my room and that was fine but a few days later I see a mouse run under the gap at the front door and shoot across the living room, i got no sleep this night and barricaded myself in the room placing towels on both sides of the bedroom door. The maintenance guy Bless his heart made changes to the room by putting a flap at the front and bedroom door. He made it to where I was extremely comfortable to get some sleep that night. When I spoke to the manager he didn’t seem to have any type of empathy he did give me a complimentary stay when he first moved my room the first time I saw the mouse but had I known there was a serious issue I wouldn’t have extended out my stay. I stayed at the one in Braintree and I was so pleased 1 give them 10 stars on everything. I was truly disappointed with my stay in Norwood and there’s no comparison to the Braintree Residence Inn!
The maintenance guy did all that work and I checked out the next day, I was looking to extend but was not pleased
