Upon arrival, the Gentleman at the front desk was incredibly nice. Room was as expected and location was good. Close to a bar, dunkin donuts and a corner store. Minutes from downtown Walpole. It was super convenient to access Patriot Place.

Nice clean hotel. friendly staff. not much choices for a breakfast but good enough to start your day. tea and coffee 24 hours. one of not many hotels when we could keep windows open overnight for a fresh air. few places to eat across the street. and lots of options 5 min away at Patriot place. Drive to center of Boston not to bad if you not driving at pick ours. We had drive anything from 25 to 45 min

Overall the hotel was okay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Parking was convenient with many side doors so you don’t have to walk all the way up front to get to your car. They did require a $50 security deposit for each night at arrival, we stayed 2 nights they charged me $100 for the deposit still waiting for it to return. There was a really horrible smell the entire time we stayed, musty and mildew really bad throughout all the hallways and room. There was also no water bubbler or ice maker anywhere in the hotel that we could find.
