"The hotel is absolutely beautiful. But on the very top is the staff. Monika at the restaurant was always so welcoming with us. Boe and Tobbie were both so attentive, polite and friendly. They help made our stay so very special. Thank you all."

"The two female staff members that helped me were Rose and Rin. They were both so friendly and helpful. They made my stay an amazing experience with their kind Thai smiles and warm-hearted service. I look forward to seeing them again during my next trip to Chiangmai. "

"Awesome and inside the old city. Great location, a bit noisey with the street noise is the only reason this place does not get a 5 star review all the way. Staff friendly and great. Did laundry at the facility, a little expensive comparatively"

"If you want somewhere basic and well located in Chiangmai old town, this is the place for you. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a lovely area walking distance from lovely shops and places to eat and book other excursions. My only complaint would be that the room was quite basic, there was a lot of noise from other AC generators (despite the one in our room being turned off whilst we tried to sleep) and the shower was not hot. But for the price you can’t complain! I would...

"Clean, beautiful rooms! We loved the location and the staff. They let us leave our bags with them, and were so kind. Our friend who is also from the states recommended it to us, and we were not disappointed!"

"It’s a nice mid range hotel in the old city. I enjoyed the location. It was close to everything and very quiet . I appreciated that it was off the busy streets but walking distance to everything including the night market . The staff is great !"

"Loved that it was super convenient and in walking distance of most things you may want/need (coffee shop, restaurants, laundry mat was only a 7-8mins walk away, etc). It was also right where the Sunday night market is! Hotel accommodations was nice and clean. Friendly staff. We never ate at their restaurant so not sure how the food was. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!"
"Beautiful clean hotel, big rooms situated next to the biggest night market of ChiangMai. My kids loved the water slide everyday and we will definitely stay at the same location in the future"
"Rated 5 so review goes to top.
Actually it’s a hard 2!!
There’s no ELEVATOR!!!!! So when we checked in we got no help. If you’re old like us or overweight DON’T stay here.other than that they’re short staff. This doesn’t help since it’s high season. Room cleaned once during our 4 day stay. I pulled my back getting luggage up the stairs with no railing to grab onto. At least they sent help to get our luggage down on check out. Location good otherwise. But this is a one and done experience."
"Everything was perfect. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST with Excellent employees. Convenient location to walk to the old city. Room was clean with amenities we expected. "
