"The staff at our B& B was fantastic! They did our laundry everyday if we put it out at no charge! They were very accommodating. Carried our Heavy luggage to the 3rd floor for us. Breakfast every day for 150baht which is about $4.50. I would definitely go back there again!"
"Very friendly staff, the coffee shop was amazing! Loved the fact that they roast their own beans. Bed was comfy if a bit on firm side. Very quiet at night and very walkable to many things. Breakfast included was delicious with lots of options. "
"Aun the owner was extremely helpful. That staff at the lazy lemon (cafe under the bnb) were so kind! Clean and comfortable. Has everything but a pool. "
"Dao at the front desk was absolutely incredible! She made our stay perfect and went out of her way to create the most perfect, unique excursion for us! "
"The two female staff members that helped me were Rose and Rin. They were both so friendly and helpful. They made my stay an amazing experience with their kind Thai smiles and warm-hearted service. I look forward to seeing them again during my next trip to Chiangmai. "

"Staff were welcoming and friendly from the outset. The room was lovely and clean with a gorgeous outlook and the beds were really comfortable. So many options for breakfast - it was hard to choose. There were also plenty of dining options nearby and you could easily walk to many key sites."
"We really enjoyed our stay at 99 Te Gallery hotel. The staff provided amazing service upon arrival and through our stay. The room was comfortable and vey clean. There were self serve laundry facilities which we needed at this stage of our trip. They had a restaurant and bar. We were able to get beers, ice and other drinks upon request. They had umbrellas that they would loan out with a deposit, which came in handy for us who forgot to pack umbrellas during monsoon season. The pool was a nice touch, and we enjoyed it after a hot day of exploring around town. The AC in the room was a welcome respite after the heat of the day. It was also very well located. The price was also very reasonable for the service and amenities. I would definitely recommend a stay here."
