Everything was wonderful. The pool water was too cold to swim in, but it was lovely to sit beside it. I liked the hotel sitting away from the noisy street, so the hotel was very quiet. Great location and near, what i believe, to be more authentic restaurants (versus by the eastern gate which has chains, crowds, and not my style of travel).

We stayed here in November 2025 and absolutely loved it. The location was great, and there were restaurants, shopping and attractions all within walking distance. After some of our other hotels in Thailand the rooms felt very luxurious to us, especially for this hotel's price point (we are not fussy travelers). The pool was lovely and quiet. As a mother / daughter traveling together we felt very safe here and would definitely book here again!

This place worked great for everything we wanted to do in Chang Mai and it was affordable, with pool and just a block or so from local Sunday night market. With a scooter it was easy to get out into the country and back and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. We planned to stay for 2 nights and ended up staying for 5 because it worked so well.

Location, location, location! This humble little hotel is quietly tucked away but so close to many 'attractions' There is a lovely little Courtyard and the pool area is like a park The the staff provided wonderful customer service.

The room and the hotel is extremely clean! The staff is friendly, helpful and kind. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear when someone arrives to their room even in the middle of the night, so light sleepers/jet lagged people be aware! Also, they don’t have a microwave so if you are hoping to warm up your takeout after a long day, you will have to eat it cold. You are welcome.

Great affordable haven in the middle of old town

great location, comfortable, clean room. I would give them a 10, the only thing is that there is no sound proofing whatsoever, so whatever happens on the corridors or at the pool (I was at the pool side) you will hear clear and loud.

Rated 5 so review goes to top. Actually it’s a hard 2!! There’s no ELEVATOR!!!!! So when we checked in we got no help. If you’re old like us or overweight DON’T stay here.other than that they’re short staff. This doesn’t help since it’s high season. Room cleaned once during our 4 day stay. I pulled my back getting luggage up the stairs with no railing to grab onto. At least they sent help to get our luggage down on check out. Location good otherwise. But this is a one and done experience.

Clean hotel and good location.

Nice clean hotel with good sized room. It was great to have a nice pool to cool off in the afternoon after seeing the sites. The room was clean and the hotel offered the choice of not having the cleaning staff in every day. As a single person in the room I did not need the room cleaned every day. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is near a main road in the old town and a good place for pick up for day tours. It is close to restaurants and easy walking to several tourist sites.

Room was clean and roomy enough for two large suitcases plus. They provide as much drinking water as you want. Pool was quiet, lots of loungers and towels. Very refreshing after a long day walking around. Off the road so quieter than most places around. Only downside. No elevators and not enough toilet paper in the room. Would stay there again.
