We requested a room change due to a neighbor smoking on their balcony (the smell would come through our bathroom window) and the staff were happy to accommodate this. The pool was a welcome respite in the heat. The location is great - there are numerous coffee shops, delicious restaurants, and a night market not too far away at all. "

Staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a lovely area walking distance from lovely shops and places to eat and book other excursions. My only complaint would be that the room was quite basic, there was a lot of noise from other AC generators (despite the one in our room being turned off whilst we tried to sleep) and the shower was not hot.
