"The two female staff members that helped me were Rose and Rin. They were both so friendly and helpful. They made my stay an amazing experience with their kind Thai smiles and warm-hearted service. I look forward to seeing them again during my next trip to Chiangmai. "

"Excellent hotel in the heart of the old city right in the middle of all the action.
Western style hotel and didn't feel corporate. felt like a courtyard marriott with a very local touch.
Location is unbeatable for the price. "

"The place cute. The A/C was great, the showers had great water pressure. The reason I gave it a lower rating is because they only provided 1 roll of toilet paper a day which was a very small roll. The bed was rock hard! If you don’t mind sleeping in a hard bed then I would say this is ok, but it was so hard I woke up with my hips and back hurting. Other than that the place is walkable to many coffee shops and restaurants. "

"The rooms were clean and spacious. For a family of four, we had connecting rooms. They gave us 2 complimentary bottles of water. The front desk was very helpful in setting up a message. When we had a tour before their breakfast premed, they made us to go boxes. "
"We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. The location is great, just on the edge of old town so near sites and restaurants but also easy to access other areas. The room was lovely and comfortable, and they provided free water and snacks. The staff went above and beyond, giving us a free homemade Kathrong for the Loy Krathong festival and being helpful at every opportunity. The free breakfast was also one of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve had, with both western and Thai choices. Definitely recommend! "
