We stayed for a whole month, so during our stay we ran into some issues here and there, but each time our host sent someone to fix them right away. "We loved our stay in Altos and Diogenes was so responsive and helpful during our stay. He gave us great tips for things to do and really helped make our trip special. The place and views are even better in person than the pictures show and was very clean. We went in the rainy season (July-August) and the temperature was perfect, cool but nice enough to swim. "We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and clean with everything we needed. There were tons of toys to entertain the little ones (4-6 years) when we weren’t at the beach - a short 2-minute walk away. The groundskeeper was amazing and bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. Our host was likewise incredibly accommodating. 100%recommend!!"
