We are proud to welcome Lindsay lodge to the Belle Property Escapes Holiday Market.
This is a perfect little studio oasis to stay, a Romantic getaway for a couple, two couples or a small family.
Conveniently located within the Hunter Valley Region in the popular country town of Cessnock.

The property is set in a fantastic, serene location, quietly tucked away, yet so close to the town centre of Cessnock, whilst offering all the very best that the Hunter Valley wine region has to offer, including minimal travel distance to the vineyards, and open concerts during the festive months, and all year around.

This is a private self-contained studio, extended hotel style studio room, complete with a queen-sized bed, and double fold out sofa bed, complete with air conditioning for the summer months and toasty warm during the cooler months, free unlimited Wi-Fi, smart tv and your own private pool.

This is a very cosy, clean, studio room, with a quaint bathroom/ensuite off to the side of the main bedroom/living area, separated by a tasteful, yet unique, stable entry door from the main living area to the ensuite. There are tea/coffee making, and cooking facilities in the kitchenette, dining space inside the studio and outside under the covered patio area, (complete with gas BBQ), fridge, air conditioning for the summer months and toasty warm during the cooler months, serene peaceful views from the private veranda overlooking the pool area, with outdoor furniture to compliment.

The outside pool, is available all year around and a gas BBQ provided for your full use during your stay.

Access is via a private entrance to the studio, down the side driveway, with full use of the driveway and undercover parking as you step into your own private oasis.

Conditions of Booking
Please note that this is a Holiday Accommodation that is not serviced. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.

Please note that we do not facilitate group bookings, schoolies, or parties.

There is a refundable bond of $250, that is collected in the form of a pre-authorisation on your card, prior to check-in, and refunded within 14 days from departure after all damage checks are complete.
Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.

Critical Notice - Guest Registration and Identification Prior to your arrival, it is imperative that all guests at Belle Property Escapes fulfil the requirement of completing and digitally signing a guest registration form. This process encompasses an agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions, along with the submission of valid photo identification, such as a copy of your driver's license or passport.
Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is obligated to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Belle Property Escapes remains incomplete.
