Fully renovated 18th century chalet located in the hamlet Laus common Cervières.
The chalet is only 8km (15mn) from Briançon Serre Chevalier Vallée station.
Cottage 10 places 200m2 with jacuzzi, sauna. Garden with swing and slide. Le Hameau Le Laus is situated at 1740m altitude, in a majestic circus responses to mass in the mountain pastures that will delight children and where the rural atmosphere invite you to relax and to walk in the company of sheep, cows, marmots and chamois.
In summer, the starting point for many hikes (with or without lakes), on foot or mountain bike. white water activities, fishing, climbing and climbing nearby. At the crossroads between the massive Queyras, massive Cerces and the Ecrins. Close to the Col d'Izoard, Col mythical passes where the Tour de France.
In winter starting point for ski tours, cross country skiing, Nordic skiing. Dream location for a family holiday relaxing and rejuvenating. Activities for everyone, young and old (50m toboggan, walking and snowshoeing) .ski bottom 20m of the chalet. La Serre-Chevalier station is nearby.
Large living room with fireplace, TV, dishwasher, washing machine. 5 bedrooms. (2 double beds, 6 single beds. 1 cot). 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets .. Package offered household. Linens provided. The cozy interior, larch and stone, encourages conviviality and family reunion in this vast stay livened up with its American kitchen.
The owner is a mountain guide, he can advise or (and) take you for hiking and other mountain activities (why not glacier walking, visiting the Ice Cave, down in a crevice for children .. .).
