Invest the money and get the great room with the Sauna. Worth it for the space and views alone.

Clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast, great location.

Breakfast was a delight every morning with a view onto the park next door. Staff were lovely. The room was also very comfortable although I did find the public spaces such as the foyer not very cosy.

My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon and had the most incredible experience. We got the Burgenstock Boat across Lake Lucerne and then the Funicular up the mountain. We were kindly escorted to our Executive room with Panorama view (to which we were very kindly upgraded to for our honeymoon by Andreas). The room was beautifully furnished with an incredible view over the lake and mountains. The fireplace was a great addition and was also visible from the bathtub. The bathroom was large...

Good mountain hotel

Top level facilities and service. The investment to provide ultra luxury was obvious. However, the architectural choices were not to our personal liking, since we prefer more traditional and classical 5 star hotels.

The peaceful lake views

It was our first time travelling to Switzerland from Australia and after much research we decided to stay at this hotel on lake lucerne. We prefer a quieter setting but love having access and possibilities near us for exploring without getting back on our motorbike. This location on the lake offered just that with better swimming areas, easy walking distance to ferry, train and cable car experiences. The possibilities of walking tracks were endless and options to enjoy the area were perfect....
