We used the weight room and hung out at the pool area. The pool was NOT heated which was disappointing, but not the owners fault. However, it would have been nice to know as we chose this studio over others for its pool. The vicinity of the condo was a bit sketchy but we knew we were staying in downtown so didn't expect much. "Property manger John was super communicative. Place was very clean, wellappointed and equipped. A covered parking spot is available for the unit and there is ample street parking too. Location is terrific: 5 minutes from the Biltmore shopping area, and about 15 minutes from both the airport and downtown Scottsdale. Shops, coffee shops and restaurants all very close by. Recommend and would stay again."
