Lorraine was amazing!

The room was very clean and maintained and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly

No issues with check in after hours with access code. Clean. Helpful to have laundry facilities included. Would have been good to have had the sofa bed made up before arrival as room was booked for 3. Had to request for pillows and blanket from front desk. Otherwise a good stay.

Good breakfast eggs with a live omelette counter. Lots of items to choose

Toilet exhaust fan was noisy but everything else was fine.

Amazing breakfast included !!! Great location esp for sports great for families. A great stay.

The front desk team was incredibly understanding and empathetic. They didn’t give me a hard time or hide behind fine print; they simply listened to the...

Just an awesome experience, easy, great staff.
