"The room was very comfortable and quiet, despite there being lots of people at the resort. The rooftop spa facility was very nice and there was only about 15 people in the pool and hot tubs on Sunday morning at 8:30 AM. The price of the room was 50-100% more than what other equivalent properties charge in Metro Denver. As noted there were a lot of people in the resort on Saturday afternoon and evening, so it was crowded in the cafes, restaurants, and casino areas. We had dinner at the Chop House, and the steak offering and service was above average, the desserts were the best part. We didn't stay for breakfast, so we can't rate that amenity. Overall a decent experience for our group, but not something we would repeat in the future. If you are interested in gambling, then we were told by locals that there are smaller casinos with a cozier atmosphere and less stressed staff."

"The only thing that was a slight problem was that the heat was turned up to 80 degrees. I had to turn off the heat and open a window. Luckily the windows opened. It cooled off and after that it was fine"

"I booked a room from a picture of the hotel inside, and I thought it appeared to be a Jacuzzi jetted tub in Europe. Knowing that I needed one I booked them app when I got to the room, nothing chilled on a picture was smaller. There was no jetta was just a basic tub. How is told by the staff that in the morning there would be a continental breakfast.When I got up all it was is coffee and yogurt in a fridge. I paid $90 to sleep 5 hours.\nAnd the cocktail is okay. The pictures are nothing like the actual rooms"

"This was not a good experience. Starting with the elevator, out of service and I am on the 5th floor. Get to my room at it was nothing like the picture. No sofa, no work desk, no counter in the bathroom. There was an office chair in the corner with no table or desk. The TV didn't connect to any stations. There were holes in the bedding and holes in the shower curtain. I was completely disappointed, as this hotel was not this poorly taken care of last year. I asked for a new room and was denied."
