"Room was recently redone and very nice and even had a fireplace. View was great and breakfast buffet pretty good. No waffles but they had scrambled eggs and alternated between bacon and sausage links. It was nice being able to walk just two blocks to Ocean Ave to go shopping."

"The place has potential but the room we had smelled like old motel room. Hasn’t been updated in a minute. The lady at check in was nice and efficient - but she was a low talker. I couldn’t hear a thing she said - other than it’s $10 parking. Why??? That’s just a straight up money grab. At least include it in the room and raise the rate - I’m ok with that. Place was ok but there are nicer places in that stretch. "

"The room service was the worst. Ordered chicken noodle soup. When it arrived it tasted like it came from the can so I called the front desk and to tell them this and asked why it tasted unseasoned. I was told that it was from a Campbell soup can which absolutely threw me. "

What was advertised was not what we got, there was no body soap in the shower no towel for the pool, the pool had green algae in it, the grass looked like it hadn’t been mowed in months. The chairs in the room covers over them and smelled bad the slider to the patio was very difficult to open, we called the manager and never had a return call, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy I’m sorry I ever booked my reservation here. "Liked the pre-check in through text, was able to tell them we'd be checking in later at 8pm. There was a mistake on their part and the room was being cleaned when we arrived, so they offered us some free drinks in the cantina. 20 mins later we took our drinks to our lovely room. Great customer service and a very nice hotel and suite."

The walls were thin - could hear our neighbors next door and could hear footsteps above us from 7pm until 3am.
