"The rooms were nice although we had to move from our room due to ants. Dining was good, but I did not particularly lke the fact that dogs were allowed. I love my pets but I don't believe they should have been allowed unless they were service animals. To me that is inconsiderate to those who might have allergies, or just don't care for animals at all. These animals stood as tall as the dining tables so at times they were seen with their heads resting on the table, eating off the floor, etc. The dining tables were not well sanitized, I observed staff going from table to table cleaning with the same towel and just rinsing the towel from a bucket of not so clean water that was being pushed around on a cart.In my opinion that is just moving germs around."

"Pretty very clean and quiet. However the front desk clerk did not appear to enjoy his job or helping customers. No eye contact, mumbled."

"Had a great stay at the Hot Springs Village Inn. I was able to find a parking spot right outside my room. The room was clean and spacious. The grounds were well manicured and the pool was delightful. It’s close to restaurants and grocery stores and only a 25 minute drive to Hot Springs. I would totally stay here again."
