It is minutes away from the town of Center Moriches and is about 15 minutes from the Hamptons and sits right in-between two of the most beautiful beaches on Long Island, “Smith Point Beach and Cupsogue Beach”. Great cottage with amenities.

Stayed here last minute for funeral. The place was clean and had some nice amenities for the kids. I really appreciated that owner sprays for ticks as Im really paranoid about that. Very accommodating and nice host.

Modern, stylish house that has been recently renovated. Well kept, very clean and has a nice location in a quiet residential area. House is located next to the owner's house but there is enough privacy.

Fabulous cottage with a view to enjoy day and night! And the beach right down the road. The house itself is just as it looks in the pictures and includes all that you need for a wonderful stay. Enjoyed every minute there!

John, our stay was perfect. The cottage is amazing. The views are breathtaking. The cottage was centrally located by 3 of the best wineries. And Ubering around to them and to dinner was so easy.

Perfect getaway

This house was beautiful and clean. It had lots to offer for family fun activity’s on the property and the surrounding areas. The host John was great he answered all of our questions and took care of everything while we were there. Highly recommend this house and will definitely use this house for a future rental when we return back for a visit.
