"Almost all of the staff were great except for the person taking the calls for room service. Less than friendly, very rushed and sounded annoyed. Could be she was having a bad day, but when dealing with guests, you should fake it till you make it (to the end of your shift). Other than her, the stay was lovely, nice room and the view of Piedmont Park was amazing. Even saw Stone Mountain from my room in the far distance. "

"We were given a room with no functioning ac. We were moced. The new room had a stain on thr chair, a rip in the blackout curtains ans hair on the tile around the tub. In the morning at nine am there was a loud vibrating outside or next to our room. Otherwise the hotel is nice. Comfy beds. They do not offer non dairy creamer at the coffee bar."
