"Room was especially clean and large. The bed was comfortable. I booked a handicap accessible room because during booking I thought I was getting a balcony room. Unfortunately it was not, and had a view of the alley. Air conditioning was not cooling, but maintenance came up quickly and fixed it. Staff was efficient and the check in and check out process was quick. The tv was mounted in such a way if was not easily visible from the bed. An adjustable bracket would have easily alleviated this issue. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Hampton Inn on Beale is one of the best locations for easy access to Beale Street. "
"Really pleasant stay.
Plenty of secure parking in the basement, and the accommodation was clean and well presented. We were impressed with the communication from the host.
Highly recommend. "
