"Not a hotel you can check in early to, 3pm MEANS 3pm… which is fine because check out is at 12pm anyways. The room seemed clean but didn’t smell fresh, which I didn’t like. I had to open the window to get some crisp air. Bed was super comfortable. Liked the room control for the blinds and lights. That was convenient. The view was really cool from the 14th floor but even better from the rooftop bar. Friendly staff. Elevator is confusing. To come back downstairs just press L and take the escalator.. you will save yourself the embarrassment. "

"Very close to the subway, 5-10 minute walk. Food options across the street were amazing. Staff was super friendly and able to hold our luggage until check in. I would highly recommend staying with them. "

"My first time there would be the last time. The staff at the front desk and restaurant was amazing. But my room was not clean well, the bed head was flacking and the toilet seat was crack. The view was excellent, but premium room is not worth the money. Overall i wasn't very satisfied."
