"The place was a bit cold and while the lounge area could be heated up the bed room and bath room where cold. Lighting was average. The TV only had limited channels that we could find. Some of the cook ware was getting a bit old and the fire blanket and fire extinguisher are in the wrong place. The bedding was clean and the bed good, the place does have character and the out side space would be good in warm weather. Communication with host was good. Just not sure it is a place for colder weather"

"its a lovely clean house with comfortable beds ( although fold out bed is only basic ikea one so only best for a child). Quality is inline with the price and location. Kym was great in terms of communication"

"The property was light, bright and comfortably cool thanks to the thoughtful turning on of the airconditioning before our arrival on a warm day. Beautifully presented and comfortable, we had a lovely stay, breakfasting on the side deck and reading in the lounge area which overlooks the town. Attactions and places to dine are only a couple of minutes drive away, and the nature reserve behind the property was a perfect place for a morning walk. Would definitely stay here again."

"Elbert’s property was a perfect choice for a quiet getaway with our two dogs! The dogs loved the space to run around and we had a great time hanging out by the dam, in the canoe, playing tennis and stargazing at night. Elbert also gave some great recommendations for things to do in the area and we even went on a bush walk following one of the trails he’d mapped out. Thanks again for a wonderful weekend! "
