We reported it the after the first night and was told that it got fixed but when we came back to the room after a long day out, the room was not at all cold. We had to report it that night but front desk staff could not fix it so we had to modify. Otherwise, I would have given the hotel a perfect score! "

Great stay and good value!
"We booked this with two hours notice, and received excellent service including directions to park our large van, five minutes walk away. You have to bear in mind this is a budget hotel, and as such we found it to be very good. There was a minor problem with the plumbing, which was dealt with efficiently and very very quickly. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and spoke. Excellent English."
