I had a very positive stay at the Aqua Hotel. The location is excellent — just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop and underground station, and only a 15-minute walk to the center of Brussels. The room was clean, well-ventilated, and had a great shower. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Mel, who went above and beyond with support, tips, and advice — she really made my stay special! Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Brussels.

So this was a great hotel, staff were excellent and positioned about 4 stops from the main train station. The room had alot of room and the bed was massive. Our only problem was it had that typical bathroom door were you can see everything going on inside, plugs no where near the bed and the main lights not being that bright. Overall great hotel to set up base in.

I loved my stay here. The location was convenient, a 15 min walk to the main area. The room was beautifully presented and clean and coming into an air-conditioned room was fantastic after a very hot day of sightseeing. The staff were also lovely, I would stay here again in the future.

Great location, good restaurants etc around Ixelles but also right next to the centre, with a metro station direct to the Eurostar nearby. Reception were friendly. Water and coffee available in the lobby the whole time. Would stay there again.
