"The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a minutes walk from the Grand Place, surrounded by restaurants and within easy walking distance from Brussels Central train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a few rainy days, so found it very convenient to have an internal passage to Chutneys restaurant."

"This hotel had the most lovely staff and the location was fantastic. It was clean and accessible. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I've never been in a hotel room so small. It was was too cramped for three people, but thankfully we were only here on night. If I were to be travelling with just two people though, I would stay here again. The main square is a couple minutes walk and there's tons of food, markets, and entertainment right outside the hotel. It's not far from the central station and landmarks such as Manekin Pis were walkable from here in about 15 minutes."

"The food in Tope (rooftop restaurant at hotel) was limited choice and boring. The music was loud but great taste. The food at Cantina Valentina was limited for vegetarians, service was great. Loved the breakfast and quirky features of the hotel. Not a good location if a lone traveller wanting to use the local train station. Staff very helpful."

"Pleasant location with easy access to many restaurants and shopping centers. The room was nice, but the room service wasn't the best. We booked a family suite, but unfortunately, they didn't give us the view we requested. Instead, we had a view of the interior of the hotel, which felt very strange."
