The room was lovely, clean and roomy, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. In an excellent location to sight see in Brussels and access the local train station to venture further. The lady on reception was excellent, friendly and informative. The only let down was in the eatery on the ground floor. The service was very poor, rude, unhelpful and the food passable.

I love the location of this place, so close to the Grand Place as the name implies it is just less than 2 minutes walk to get there. It is situated in a busy area but the rooms are quiet and peaceful. It is very clean, staff are friendly, good amenities. For breakfast, it is not buffet, it is plated so you ge to choose for an appetizer and your main course and then you get free coffee or juice. Overall, it was a very nice stay and would choose this hotel again if i visit Brussels again.
