The room amenities were excellent and the bathroom was clean and modern. The technology options for the TV were a perk. The space was very comfortable and clean. The location was also excellent for transit access and getting around Brussels.

Very spacious room with nice decor. Friendly staff. Location is not so close to main tourist attractions but super close to any public transportation. Breakfast not good…big variety, but not good quality.

The inside is attractive, the lobby is great for family and friends (pool table, foosball, couches). I like the property's location and some of the staff, a couple were a little on the cold side, but that's okay. I misplaced my key during my stay, and they were very gracious in replacing it, some hotels charge you for that. I gave it a four because there was a weird stain on the carpet in my hallway, the shower was open and leaked on the side, and my room setting was a little unsettling (To access my room I had to open a door that gave access to two rooms, being a female alone, I was a little weary of that setup). I ended up liking it in the end; after I met the occupants of the other room. The room itself was nice, comfortable and very spacious. The decor was cool, and the wardrobe was simply beautiful and practical.

Sehr großes sauberes Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl und frisch gepressten Säften. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem EU-Gebäude. Bushaltestelle in die City und zum Bahnhof vor dem Hotel. Parkplätze gibt es in der Garage gegenüber vom Hotel (24€/Tag).

Hotel in a good location, very close to Brussels Luxembourg station. Room was a good size with good range of toiletries, sewing kit, shower cap, hairdryer, etc. however there were a few maintenance issues that could have been sorted, such as curtains hanging off the rail, a bathroom leak into the carpet - these things did not impact our stay but they just made the room look a little unloved
