"You pay a LOT, but you absolutely get what you paid for. I booked during the off-season, booking a mountain-view room for roughly $600.00 - a bit steep for me, but when in Rome right? Anyway, I am guessing due to the offseason, I was upgraded for free to a lake view room (usually about $1,100.00), so that was an awesome surprise! The grounds, it goes without saying, are majestic. And I don't use that word lightly. Lake Louise is absolutely stunning. The gentleman at check-in was super kind, courteous and had a good sense of humour. For parking, you have the option of valet, or self-parking if you'd prefer. Dinner was really good, but for the prices, the portions were tiny. But to be fair, I knew what I was getting. It's part of the experience really. There are restaurants in town that are much cheaper. Breakfast was freaking awesome. They have the standard cold food continental breakfast section, but on steroids lol The selection is closer to the hotels I stayed at in Iceland (a country that absolutely takes its hotel breakfast selection VERY seriously), but you could also order hot breakfast too, or a bit of both! I can't say enough positives about my experience, just again, the price might be an issue. But you get what you pay for (and then some, in my case)!"

"What an amazing stay! I loved this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful! The pool/hot tub made this stay even better and the best food we had during our trip was at the Good Folk restaurant downstairs. I definitely recommend it and will be coming back the next time I'm in Banff!"

"The rooms are really nice, looks like it was renovated recently. It was very comfortable for our stay! The location was perfect if you like to be near the main road with all the shops, short walking distance to Starbucks :)"

"Location was great! Just on the outskirts of town, but still close enough to walk if you wanted, otherwise public transportation was very easy to navigate. The hot pool was we amazing! Perfect temperature. The only complaint I have was the tv, at night I wish there would have been better tv options or a smart tv to cast to, but then again you don’t usually go on vacation to sit around and watch tv! "
