"The bed was so comfortable and the sheets were so soft!!! Amazing. Everything was excellent except me and roommate both had throat irritation overnight and wondered if it was something in the room. Not sure but odd that we both had it that night and only that night. It smelled ok in the room. "

"We were supposed to have an oceanfront room I take that to mean my view will be of the ocean no the the pier with the Tiki Bar. Our balcony was right next to the restaurant attached to the hotel. We could not enjoy the balcony with out smelling rot trash or hearing the restaurant noise. My husband found partially melted Jolly Ranchers under the twin mattress when we were making the bed for our son because yes the twin bunk was not made. We then also found a hairbrush from a previous guest under the queen bed. Overall for what we paid it was not up to standard. "

"Everything was great in the beginning all the staff were very friendly and helpful until our last night. WE had been there to attend our goddaughter's wedding. After the event we went back to our room, changed into our PJ's and decided to go sit outside by the waterfront. Well, we left our key in the room, Shame on us! We went to the front desk & the gentleman there, Carl, was so rude it ruined our whole night. We told him what happened as we stood there in our PJ's & he said he needed ID. We said everything is in our room. I pulled up my email with my hotel reservation, pulled up my bank app showing my $100 deposit they took upon check in, my husband went out to the truck and got our parking pass and showed him that. All he said were not helpful, he said people throw their parking passes on the ground. At this point we were very upset! My husband said "have you ever walked out of your house or room and forgotten something?" He said No! Really?? Then you must be perfect! I asked him to have the cleaning woman walk upstairs with us, we can show her whatever she needs to see once we get into our room. That wasn't good enough either. Meanwhile, he kept asking us to step aside while he checked in three more couples. HE FINALLY gave us a duplicate key, as he told us, he will do it just this one time! When we got back to the room, we were both filled with so much anxiety I was waiting for someone to come knock on the door and make sure we were really who we said we were. Unreal!!"

"A lot better than we expected! As noted the carpet is old and our room had an odor, but everything was clean and it was quiet and safe. "

"Main reason for the rating is the fact they didn’t have coffee in lobby for free. You had to pay the Starbucks and it wasn’t open u til after 7"
