The rooms are entirely too small. The fact that the sink is in the entrance was diabolical. There was no privacy when it came to washing up and the tub was also cracked. The room had a very distinct odor as well. On the upside of things…the pool was ok and the staff was friendly. I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

I was traveling to see a show in Wilmington and this hotel met my needs. We’re in a college town and it’s off the main drag pretty much everything you need is within 10 to 20 minutes or less. Our unit was OK a little underwhelming for the price. My friend commented on the amenities as the room had water rings and sticky drink spots on some of the furniture. And the restroom was OK for me, but my comrade was a little underwhelmed due to the cleanliness.. It was a Saturday night, and I assumed that we were one of the few people staying in the area due to the local forecast. I’m not terribly upset as my expectations were met. But if you are a bit of a neat freak, be aware it could be a little cleaner, but we were mainly just tired. Overall, everyone was nice and helpful. And I would stay there again I just be more vocal about things if I were to stay there for an extended period of time. They seemed short staffed, but friendly nonetheless. The hallways had some sound leak from people’s rooms. But the units themselves were quiet. They did skip on running the AC while no residents were in the units which left them with a humidity that would match the outside humidity. But using the AC unit quickly rectified it.

One of the best Quality Hotels we've stayed at. Super clean inside and out everything is super updated. Real towels ro use. Staff super friendly and inviting. Although we didn't get to try out the complimentary breakfast everything was amazing.
