"i left my belt bag in the room but they said that it was not there i’m 100% sure that i left it in the side table of my bed. i didn’t even use that belt bag out . when i called them . they didn’t even called me back when they said that they will check, so i have to call them again. then they said that the person who clean my room was off for 2 days . now i can’t even go and check the room because they said that the room was occupied. how can i get my belt bag in the room.? "The hotel is currently being renovated. My wife and I were upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom suite so we would be away from the work being done. The two bedroom suite is set up great and would be a good choice for two couples. Everything ran smoothly, we didn't feel any disruption. This is our hotel choice every time we come to town. Staff is helpful and attentive. I left my kindle in our room, it was found and is being held until we return. Thank you staff. Looking forward to bar and restaurant being re opened."
