"We had a comfortable stay overall. The hotel is conveniently located close to the freeway, which made getting around very easy. We booked a trio room and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. Having two bathrooms was a great feature and made it much easier for our group to get ready without waiting. The complimentary breakfast was good, with enough options to start the day. We also appreciated the convenient kitchen setup in the room, which was helpful for preparing simple meals and storing snacks. One downside was that the room is advertised as smoke-free, but there was a noticeable cigarette smell when we arrived. It didn’t completely ruin the stay, but it was disappointing given the smoke-free policy. Overall, it’s a practical and comfortable choice for travelers looking for space, convenience, and easy freeway access. "

"Staff is very friendly. The room was clean but there dents in the fridge door. Very bare minimum furniture. Kitchen are has full fridge and two small hotplate like oven. You have to ask for kitchen stuff at the front desk. It was easy on/off highway and budget friendly. There is no gym, but they have a coffee, tea fruit and muffins breakfast. At 11:04 AM the front desk called me. I thought that was strange. I was literally walking out the door. I figured it was due to daylight savings since clocks moved forward. Over nice stay. I wasn’t in the room much. So it was perfect for me. "

"Stay away. Lobby is nice but the rooms don’t match. The worst part is the service and rudeness of the staff. Impossible to get help or speak to management. I’ve traveled internationally and have never had this much trouble with an establishment. "

"I had such high hopes for this hotel it had great reviews and from the pictures it looked cute. There was no employees on the premises when we were there. We spoke to a "front desk" employee through a kiosk that was like a zoom call and there was a terrible lag to it so communication was extremely hard. Our room was missing washrags, shampoo/ conditioner and body wash. The toilet stopped working thankfully my husband was able to fix it. And the room wasn't that clean. unfortunately Very disappointed ☹️"

"Everything was great until check out. I did ask if I could have an extra 30 minutes which they said yes but then, unfortunately, the elevators were not working and we were on the second floor. We had a bunch of stuff that would’ve taken all of it on one cart, but we had to make multiple trips down the stairs, and it took about an extra hour although we did not get charged because they already checked us out I was hoping for some kind of compensation or credit because of the inconvenience of having to take all of our stuff downstairs multiple times to the car "

"Check in was impersonal as I had to check in through the door with a drawer which I figured it's for safety protocol but at checkout time he was nice enough to let me into the office to get my $50 deposit back. Plus the room was nice and clean but on night two was when I saw a cockroach. So I called the front desk and the same man that checked me in came into my room and took the roach out with a tissue and said that he will contact pest control to raid the whole room (or just the bathroom) but overall nice enough stay. "
