"The hotel is very well located and beautiful inside, with a pleasant atmosphere and nice design. However, my room was never cleaned during my stay, and the water heater didn’t seem to work properly, so I couldn’t get hot water.Overall, it’s a lovely property in a great area, but the maintenance and housekeeping need improvement."

"Outstanding hotel with only 19 rooms. Staff was very helpful!. We had a 2 room suite with balcony. Furnishings were reminisent of the history of the area, but very comfortable. Location was great - near the historic church - shops and restaurnats near by - walkable to the ocean. Coffee available 24/7 near the lobby, and breakfast was not included. A little difficult for the taxi to find the hotel's location due to all the one way streets, but once your were walking, in the area, that didn;t matter. Great hotel for folks who want to get away from the the chain hotels with no character. I would stay here again."

"Excellent hotel! Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We only stayed one night before getting on our cruise. Great spot to stay if you wanna walk OSJ and be around some great spots to eat. Use the jacuzzi’s on the rooftop! My wife and I will absolutely be back again to stay for a bit longer next time."

"We’ve just came back from San Juan ( PR) after visiting Caribe Hilton Hotel for a few days and let me tell, The food and drinks from the Restaurant are great, people so friendly and professionals, rooms so spacious and clean with excellent views, AC running in perfect conditions. The Beach wasn’t the best because of the sea grass but the Swimming Pool great and the Drinks at the Pool Bar the best of the best. Great experience for a City Hotel near Old SanJuan and a few steps from The Condado!! We’ll definitely come back!! Thanks"

"Loved the nice chic look to it while maintaining its patina of a Viejo San Juan era. Bathroom was great in size, wish the misses would’ve came too, we would’ve put that to good use. Bed was softer than what I’m used to, but with an actual positive effect on my sleep. Now I’m looking to switch mattress at home. Great location, walkable distance to much of what’s to see in the area. Can’t wait to go back with my girls and “the Misses”. Oh yeah, staff super friendly and helpful. Clear communication throughout your stay. If you’re looking to the entrance, it’s to the left of Dos Lobos. Lol."
