Muy bien lugar su ubicación es cerca de todo se puede salir a caminar para conocer desde allí y la playa está a una calle detrás, los lugares de comida, cajeros, farmacias, bares quedan justo al lado y piscina no me pareció grande pero de resto todo muy bueno y recomendado. Buen desayuno

Staff were good. Room was clean and tidy but poor lighting made the room seem very dark. I could only read some things when they were directly underneath a table lamp…..

Very cute property. Would definitely recommend adding a mirror in sleeping area only mirror was in bathroom. Great location, great staff, complimentary breakfast was delicious and very cute decor.

The property was beautiful, walking distance from the beach and nearby shops & restaurants. The staff was courteous and helpful- especially Maria. The pool area is cute but the downstairs bathroom smelled like a history of mold or sewage or some type of water damage. The adjacent restaurant served a simple, yet delicious breakfast. Very nice.

La propiedad es regular pero bien ubicada, el personal es muy amable y la mucha de limpieza excelente, el desayuno es patético, el peor desayuno Buffet que he visto, el primer día no tenían calentadores y estaba frío, en la tarde pedí un emparedado de carne y mejor no lo hubiera hecho. Si no cambian el outsourcing del restaurante van a perder muchos clientes.

The hotel is not in a bad location, what is bad is the staff that works. At reception the day I arrived they wanted to give me a lower room than the one I paid for. I had to claim. especially the restaurant employees. The breakfast was terrible and the employees don't want you to serve yourself the coffee or the eggs, but they aren't interested in giving good service either. they are among themselves chatting and do not attend to the guests. I had a bad time

Hotel was great, very clean and very close to the beach and restaurants. Pool was very nice. Breakfast was okay. The bed was a little to firm for me but had a good night sleep. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a boutique hotel.

Andres the concierge was THE HIGHLIGHT of this trip. The entire staff was great and friendly but he really went above and beyond. He knows all the places for food and fun for *every* group and even taught us how to tip carefully on the excursions we chose.

First off,this is a luxury hotel,from the moment you walk in,the service was top notch.The lobby area is breathtaking and great for pictures,the staff is very friendly and helpful,the complimentary breakfast was great and many different options.The room was clean and I love the decor.Will recommend this place to any one in the area and will definitely stay again.

This place was at the top of my list when vacationing in Cartagena and I was not disappointed. The convenience of this location was perfect. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, shops, 24/7 convenience stores and just an affordable Uber ride from Getsemani and Walled City. I felt super safe and taken care of here. The aesthetic of this property is beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice little boutique Hotel in Bocagrande. Problems started when the reception staff gave my gf several beers after seeing that she was already obviously inebriated somewhat. Then the next morning a VERY expensive Pilots chronograph watch was stolen. All in all a very frustrating stay.

The property was nice and the staff was kind and attentive. The hotel did have some construction going on and the walls are thin so we could hear everything from our room. You could hear all the loud party busses on the street as well. Very thin walls.

El Hotel está remodelado con mobiliario nuevo y bonita decoración. Está a 2 calles de la playa y es mejor para negocios que para familia. Algunas habitaciones no tienen vista y sin ventilación en los baños

Very enjoyable stay. My room was very nice and larger than I expected. Nice area. Having said all that, the best part of staying here is the staff. Very friendly and helpful. From the front desk staff to the cleaning staff. I will stay here when I return.
