"Incredible hotel, booked literally last minute (10 minutes before arrival) after running from another catastrophic 4* hotel in Cartagena. They immediately put us at ease with welcome drinks, we settled into an excellent lunch and checked into our junior suite. Highly recommend room 204 as it has a view over the palm trees and pool. Such kind staff, Germain, Katherine, Yeily, David, Leo and Amanda treated us like royalty. The day trip to their private beach at Acasi is definitely worth it,...

"Service and food were incredible! Our room was beautiful and the hotel was very detail-oriented. They had little snacks for us each evening and the stay overall felt luxurious. The only strange thing was that our bathroom had an open vent in the ceiling that connected to the 2nd floor so there was constantly dust/debris from upstairs falling on parts of the bathroom countertop. Other than that strange part, everything was awesome!"
