"This is our 4th stay at this complex in the past 5 months. Upon this stay we had no hot water in our room for showers Friday night and Saturday morning. The staff were very apologetic and I understand it’s out of their control. We travel 4 hours from regional NSW to stay at this complex to visit our daughter and new grandson, it’s close and convenient. Of the 4 times we have stayed here, 2 of our stays have been excellent. "Die Lage des Ap-Hauses ist sehr zentral, 3 Min Fußweg zum Bahnhof und man ist mit der Bahn, ohne Umsteigen, in 50 Min in Melbourne Flinders Street. Parken kann man für 15 $/Tag in der Hochgarage. Wir hatten ein Executive Ap gebucht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr abgewohnt. However, the building is a bit dated and some maintenance could be improved. Noise can be an issue at times, and communication with management wasn’t always smooth. Overall, it’s an okay option if you’re looking for affordability and location rather than comfort or luxury."

"It is far from main beaches and city centre , prices were cheap compare other places i think how much you pay how much you get , i think if you cant find accommodation around peninsula its ok for one night stay.it needs to improve specialy entry for night ,no sign ."
