Hi JenniferWe do feel that your comment is unfair, as we were very concerned with your feed back, especially as we were sure to get back to you and look into the noise complaint, and even offered discount off future stay's as you did say that all of the other aspect of your stay was pleasing.However after looking back over CCTV and seeing that all customers had left by 1am we felt that the noises coming from outside were out of our control and that is why we refused to refund your stay.One of the issues you stated to us personally was that if you had been aware that we were a free house then you wouldn't have stayed. We do not attempt to hide our facilities and very proudly advertise that we are Town Centre Pub Hotel.

Hi DavidI can understand your frustration with the room description, however the way in which we input our details into the website does not allow us to go into detail. When entering the details in regards to the bathroom all we are able to do is choose between private bathroom and en suite bathroom. We have brought this to hotels.com attention and are hopeful that better option will become available soon.
