The electrical outlets (for phone charging) on the lamps didn't work. All 3 of them. The telephone didn't work. The ice machine didn't work. There was cigarette burn in the bed cover. Didn't use any of the "amenities" whatever they might have been. Staff was friendly.

The room was in poor condition. Lots of gunk on the furniture and walls. The tub was really dirty. Spooge in the corners. This place needs some serious work. It is pet friendly but another guest let their dogs bark until 12:46 am and up again and barking at 6:40 am. We got very little sleep. Never again at this place. I complained about the dogs to the staff in the morning and they were very understanding. However, that doesn’t make our stay any better.
Spots of gunk on the chair. Clean it!
Both arms on this chair looked like this. Replace it!
Cigarette burn on the comforter. Replace it!
The sink drain is wiped out. Replace it!

It was our wedding night and we did not eat the next day because we were eating at church so I can’t tell you about the food. The room was comfortable kind of ancient air condition and heating system. We couldn’t get warm but overall the room was clean. The bed was comfortable the room being on the floor floor was inconvenient. My wife had to climb up all them steps with a broken foot. We should’ve just canceled right then because there was no elevator, but like I said the room was comfortable. The bed was nice.

Disappointing

One of the few places I have stayed with a room layout that was so plain. No “closet area just a shelf with a rod to hang clothes. Very little counter space in the bathroom area to do things on. Waffles were the only real breakfast item offered besides cereal and prepackaged muffins. Staff was courteous and helpful which was a plus.
