They advertise a free ‘Continental Breakfast’, but they only have Fruit Loops. Fortunately, there’s a decent restaurant right in front of the hotel. It’s a small town hotel. I’ve seen a lot worse.At least the room was clean.

Was concerned as family in the area had stated the facility was not good. However, our room was very clean and everything was good except for the air conditioner which vibrated and made noise. Reported it to the staff so hopefully the next visitors will get a better night’s sleep.

Not good but no better choices nearby

Well, on the bright side it probably is the best hotel in Fairfield... but it's not nice. It looks and feels like a nursing home, the guy at the front is not friendly, it's very old, and the 'free breakfast' (and I'm not kidding) was fruit loops, milk and coffee. The only 2 upsides were the older ladies that did the housekeeping were very kind and there was a restaurant next door that was okay.

The house keeping staff was fantastic! But the state of the hotel is sad. No exhaust fan in the bathroom so when you get out of the shower the walls are wet from condensation. The popcorn ceiling above the tub/ shower was peeling off and hanging down from the dry wall. The shower curtain rod was coming falling off the wall at one end. There was missing drywall which has molded in the bathroom. There was a burn mark on the carpet from the iron. Carpet did not feel clean and there were dead crickets on the floor. The mattress covers were stained on the sides. There was a mildew smell in the room due to the humidity due to the lack of an exhaust fan. Mattresses were very firm. Hotel could benefit from a lot of updating.

The hotel needs a lot of updates our bathroom light kept flickering and one of the electric plugs on both sides did not work and we had to wait to check in because the owner must live in the hotel because he was in the shower but he was friendly

My only complaints would be regarding the television picture and DirecTv. The signal kept cutting out/freezing and some channels had NO signal. While the TV was a flat screen the picture quality was like watching an old 480p tv.

Had to stay here.

Decent stay in an old motel. They are still in COVID-mode so if you don't want any personal contact or breakfast this is the place for you. And bring your own pillow! Only motel that shows up on Hotels.com in Fairfield so they don't have to strive for excellence I guess.
