Most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced. Everything was modern and made sense. The big window next to the bed was amazing. I will definitely come back. Cafe next door is delicious.

It’s a new hotel and rooms were clean. Convenient location within Melbourne shopping precinct. Stayed on 7th floor corner room therefore some street noise could be heard. Only issue is where the TV was placed in an odd location in the middle at the end of the bed which was a safety hazard as you can hit your head against it. Tram stop is just right in front at Elizabeth street.

Excellent location for our needs in easy walking distance of medical, shopping and food options with Koreatown further down Little Lonsdale and Chinatown an easy couple of laneway walk away in Little Bourke. Latrobe st Tram stop a laneway away in the other direction.
Room was well renovated, with all the modern conveniences expected in the 2020's. Plenty of power and USB charging points for modern devices. 2 changes would be a benefit; get a shower head with pressure, it'll actually save more...

After check in and learning the indoor pool and spa heater was not working I was prepared to pack my bags and leave as having the heated pool facility was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. Had a wonderful stay at the Oaks on Lonsdale. We couldn't have picked a better location. Just around the corner from the Princess Theatre, where we attended a show. Two minute walk to tram stop no. 10 where Tram 96 and 86 stopped and the City Circle tram. We used the Trams to take us to the far end of Bourke St. Which is just across the road from the Sky Bus terminal to the Airport.
We had a one bedroom on the 20th floor with a balcony, with a lovely view. it was a lovely size and very clean....

A hidden little gem... I wasn't too sure what to expect following mixed reviews from past travellers. I stayed in a deluxe king room with breakfast on the 8th floor (Friday / Saturday) and was very impressed. The interior upgrade has transformed the hotel. Upgrade is a work in progress so be sure to check with staff before booking if wanting to stay in the upgraded rooms.... Only 5-10mins walk to China Town, Myers/David Jones and the new Emporium. Not to mention the theatres and great cafes /...
