"Hands down the best check in experience! She (I didn't get her name, but when we checked out, I did let the person at the desk know our experience was excellent and she knew exactly who I was referring to!!) was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable (without sounding like a robot) and helpful. She recognized that I am a Hilton Honors member and thanked me for it. The room was fine. The location is walk able to amenities, which we appreciated after a long day in the car! Pretty great stop on our way from WA to CA."

"The elevator was broken so we had to carry suitcase down stairs. Thankfully, the staircase was short and the lobby was on the 2nd floor so all guests needed to go up or down a max of 1 short flight. Stuff happens and the staff was working to resolve. Otherwise, our stay was very nice. Typical hotel breakfast with variety."
