"There was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers on the shower. Headed to front desk and no one was available after 11:00pm. Called at 6:30 and went again but no answer. Had to find alternatives for toiletries. There was only one waffle maker in cafeteria and the line was super long. Overall experience not good. "

"Convenient location off 81. Room was clean. Staff at first didn't notice my arrival, but then showed up a few moments later (it was a nice evening outside). Didn't take note of breakfast, if any. Would stay here again!"

"Great location for a stay in Gettysburg. It's within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and walking tours. Rooms were nice, hotel was quiet and hotel restaurant and lounge were great. Highly recommended!"

"Stayed here for one night as a pit stop. We drove 10 hours and my poor son was not feeling well with a bad cough and cold. We got there around 9 pm and no parking lot lights were on so it was dark and hard to see. I went inside to check in and the man at the desk was scrolling his phone and didn’t notice me standing there for at least 3 mins before I asked if he was going to check me in. I reserved a room with 2 beds… he didn’t say anything and gave me my room keys. We go in to find one king bed . I told him what I requested and he said sorry all sold out that’s all I have but the couch pulls out to a bed. The couch pull out is nothing but a thin mattress full of metal , no extra sheets or blankets provided for it so I had to go get that.. awful experience and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay here myself again. You should get what you paid for and reserved. Bathroom felt dirty too… "

"Clean room, friendly and polite staff"

"Honest opinion. The lobby and property grounds were very nice. However the rooms were very dated and the tv was small. The beds were fairly comfortable for me but my husband thought it was a bit lumpy and could feel springs. The beds could use a thicker blanket or spare in the closet. Everything was very clean in the room though. Shower and water pressure were great. The pool was cold for an indoor pool and the hot tub felt great but needs to be resurfaced. The diner was nice for breakfast. We traveled with our grandkids for a little weekend getaway. They enjoyed it and that’s all that really mattered but they would have been in the pool longer if it was slightly warmer. All in all, a bit overpriced and ok but needs improvements."

"The front desk worker was sleeping and we waited 30 mins to get any service. The bathroom had a stopper In front of the tub and it hurt when you stepped down. The house guess was rude. Breakfast was awful the meat was cold and hard, juice was very watered down. There was a worker sitting in the area and was talking loud and rude to my children."

"Right in the middle of downtown. Restaurant is really good. Lauren excellent barmaid. Everyone was friendly"
