"The last day of our stay we only had cold water for a shower. I did report it to the front desk and we were supposed to get refunded part of the stay but I haven’t heard back yet. Everyone at the desk was very helpful. And Amanda gave us an upgrade on our room since it was our anniversary weekend. We liked that there was a restaurant in the hotel and diner nearby. The room was clean and spacious."
