"Buen hotel, solo algunas cositas: Pueden mejorar la comida, algunos empleados no fueron amables, el restaurante de comida americana 24/7 estaba sucio y los empelados se toman media hora en tomarte tu orden y una eternidad en traer las bebidas. Por lo demás muy bien. Las instalaciones del hotel están muy lindas. El cenote es una preciosicidad, te deja sin aliento."
