"The property is gorgeous, with a beautiful, well-maintained beach where the seaweed was cleaned regularly. The pool area was also fantastic. As for the food, the steakhouse and French restaurant were by far our favorites. The Mexican restaurant was decent, and the buffet was solid for a buffet. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. One area that could use some improvement is the service. There were many friendly staff members, but we often encountered employees who seemed indifferent or disengaged. Even when ordering drinks, we were consistently polite and tipped regularly, yet it was common to be overlooked or not greeted, leaving us to simply state our order without much interaction. I want to be clear that this is not meant to sound entitled. I understand that working in hospitality and dealing with tourists can be challenging, and we always treated staff with kindness and respect. Unfortunately, that friendliness did not always seem to be reciprocated. When comparing our experience to all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, the biggest difference was the level of staff warmth and engagement. That said, this was still a wonderful vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to return in the future."

"Food was way overpriced. Half the staff did not appear happy to be working. Elevators were fast. Waterpark nice as were multiple pools. Waste of pickleball courts. No open play. Casino was nice. Would not return. Many excessive charges including resort fees , service charges, VAT tax."

"Generally we had a good time, very clean and well maintained resort, except the beach needs to clean very often. But the employees service wasn't attractive, of course some of them were an exceptional, but about 90% of them they don't have welcoming faces. Except this issue I'll slightly recommend, specially for family's"

"Our check in was easy and quick. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Bathroom was a bit moldy on the floor but expected with a hotel by the beach. Rooms get cleaned every other day. When we had it cleaned they did a great job. Would recommend to others"

"The resort and surrounding property was beautiful. Expect to do a large amount of walking. If you're not looking to swim with the pigs or go downtown, the resort has enough amenities to keep busy. We really enjoyed the pools and beach. The room was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. On-site restaurants are a little pricey for meals that are your average, everyday food. Overall experience was good and I would recommend Atlantis as a nice vacation spot"
