"The room was great, the pools and bars were excellent, great beachfront. Staff was hit and miss, most staff was great but some were not with indifferent attitudes. The food was very average and dissapointing. Alot of food in both buffets was lukewarm to cool, overcooked and dry. Asaditos steakhouse, the new york strip came out blue when we asked for med/rare. My ribeye was ok. Japanese hibachi was decent. Tough to recommend this resort just based on the food."
