"Location of resort is great - safe, walkable and swimmable beach. Quiet location, beautiful scenery. Facilities are excellent and the layout of the resort makes for a relaxing experience. Our room was very nice - although we did have a problem on check-in that we were given a 2 double bed room when we'd specifically requested a king bed room. This was corrected the next day and we moved rooms for the duration of the stay."

"I celebrated my 40th birthday and the host and staff were the most welcoming and professional. The chef made the most amazing meals and they were extremely accommodating to everyone's requests and needs. The house is beautiful and is right in the center of the Punta Mita development, i.e., a 5 - 10 minute golf cart ride to both St Regis and Four Seasons. The rooms were exquisite with the majority of them having ocean views and outdoor showers. You can also walk to the Kupuri Beach Club from the house which was a nice feature. The house is extremely safe and private, creating the feel of a private oasis with all the amenities one can imagine. I cannot wait to come back next year! "

"This unit is on the ground floor with nice outdoor furniture. The pool and beach are highlights. Very friendly staff and a well cared for property. The internet is somewhat spotty and the drinking glasses and pillows could stand to be upgraded. Large functional unit and layout. "

"Pictures of the villa don’t begin to do it justice - the home is beautiful, clean, well-appointed (really appreciate good throw blankets!), and comfortable. Our concierge, Sandra, was incredibly helpful both before and during our trip with everything from last minute massages to arranging food delivery when we were too tired to make it to dinner. We have always enjoyed Punta Mita but this trip set a new bar for tropical vacations! "

"The pics do not do this property justice. It is absolutely stunning. And big enough that my family (7 adules, 3 kids) could all have their own spaces. The property manager was amazing and so accommodating. She got us answers to all sorts of questions. And the beach was right there. Sat by the pool and watched the whales jump.... This beach is not a tourist beach and the locals were very respective of our private beach. And there are 3 great restaurants withing a 5 min beach walk. The drive to the home is a bit bumpy. I would recommend just hiring a driver/uber/taxi when/if you want to go somewhere."

Watching the sunrise and sunsets was unmatchable from the gazebo between the beach and the pool. Very attentive building staff and excellent concierge service. The property manager answered immediately and took care of our every need. Highly recommend this property and experience. "
