Clean and gorgeous rooms. Perfect location, just outside of the busy / loud area of town, but a super quick, less than 5 minute walk to both the main square and the beach. Gorgeous rooftop patio and pool that we enjoyed multiple times during our stay. Wonderful stay in Sayulita !

Clean room, incredible location close to the action but far enough away to be quiet at night. Just a block off the beach. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We would love to stay here again. Amazing rooftop pool.

All of the above. Very clean, well designed rooms. Beach towel service was great. Rooftop was not operating as a bar when we visited in December - but it was great to have our own pool and outdoor area. Location was perfect. Great street, great beach entrance at the bottom of the road. French bakery next door and Papus were local highlights.

We had a great stay at Ximena. The hotel is modern with great amenities. The staff was always available and helpful. The hotel is located only a few blocks away from all the restaurants, shops and the beach. The hotel is quiet (except for a few roosters in the morning ;-) ).

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was great and quiet. But, the amenities were lacking. I picked the hotel for their heated pool. Unbeknownst to me, they wait until January to heat the pool so the water was very cold when I went over Christmas. The pool umbrellas provide no shade for the loungers so it's not a comfortable place to sit and read unless you're okay with roasting.

The staff is amazing ~ kind and patience. The rooms were clean and nicely done. The pool area was wonderful. The hotel has many great qualities although some areas are not up and running. For example, there are dining areas and a wonderful outdoor (next to the pool) bar-ish area that is not used. The biggest issue we had was the noise from the street. It seems that street is a major access to (possible) construction up into the hillside. Nights were quiet but day time was rather jarring. Our room and balcony faced the street. Maybe the backside rooms were quieter. Over all, the stay was really good. Lots of restaurants, cafes, as well as an easy walk to the beach is there.

It really is a well thought out hotel that offers you everything you need from filtered water, a fridge, towels, shampoo, etc. the rooms are modern and clean and the pool is lovely. With their facilities for meetings, it would be a good place for a company event. Best of all is the staff. Kind and polite.
