"Internally, the studio unit has been newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Also, in a very quiet suburban area. You are sharing a block of land with the main house which I can only guess is also for accommodation. Externally it looks awful, a converted double garage with no pleasing appeal. The check in process is overly difficult with having to send selfie photos holding credit cards and then photos not received etc. delaying the whole process."

"Easily the worst experience via Stayz.Listing indicates twin singles in one bedroom, but there was only one single bed so one of my children slept on the couch.No mention of being denied backyard access due to someone else living in a granny flat until I asked to collect the keys.Property was not professionally cleaned and the laundry sink and washing machine were full of laundry - presumably from the host."

"We had a beautiful stay at this spacious character cottage. Beautiful location, tranquil with the sound of the running nearby creek, fire pit, big deck, and plenty of double rooms providing good space for weekends with groups of adults or families with kids. Easy access. "
