Not a place for elderly with 30cm drop from shower to floor. 5 concrete steps to toilet with a piece of concrete carved out at the top to allow the doors to close. This area has no inner walls and has exposed plumbing, sullage lines and electricity cabling. The toilet seat is faulty, and the flat has cockroaches. "Our family had to attend a funeral in Eight Mile Plains and needed somewhere close where we could cook meals and have a comfortable sleep with enough room for eight people. This home was absolutely perfect for us. The bedrooms are separated enough to afford privacy. The kitchen was a great gathering place and well appointed. The washing machine was super helpful (note there is no dryer though). Communication with the host was excellent too. I highly recommend this property. "
